Oktoberfest is an all-weather event, and the above fees are non-refundable.

Setup is no earlier than 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 10/30/25

Teardown MUST be complete by 9:00 p.m., Sunday, 11/5/25

The Reading Liederkranz reserves the right to decline or limit vendors based on non-traditional Oktoberfest items for sale or incompatibility with the mission of the Reading Liederkranz. If your application is declined, your registration fee will be refunded.
