Want to learn how to make great German food? Do you like to work with your hands? Enjoy painting? Want to give back to the Reading Liederkranz? If you answered yes to any of these questions then we encourage you to come out and volunteer at the Club.

As a member club, we are all part of the team at the RLK and volunteering is crucial for success. By helping in the kitchen during an event or dinner service, raking leaves or pulling weeds, and serving beer during Oktoberfest, you are helping facilitate all of the fun the Club has to offer.

Volunteering at the Club can be a lot of fun. Don’t look at it as work but an opportunity to have a good time and experience a different side of the Reading Liederkranz. You’ll have a blast and see the incredible teamwork at the Club. You will meet fellow members who will become your friends and be able to enjoy memorable moments in the future at the RLK with them.

Most importantly, we know how to take care of volunteers with food and drink available when you volunteer.
